EARLY DAYS MEETING
(To all my schoolmates)
One was in far land, another was close
Back here to renew a bond
Early days warm sunlight transparent as pearl
At old school we had a good time together
My inside seemed to be pressed by someone
Time picture was now not erased off
Welcoming meeting day but also tottering
Shaking hands mixed up reality and dream
Mutually telling the first story
Innocent love and poem stuck each other
Red flamboyant sparsely fell on hair
Fell down souls as cicada song
Naturally man, do not hesitate
When you thought of cherished people
Extending arms to embrace a large skyframe
In soul thousands of flowers bloomed with dream
Since Earth and Sun have changed
My heart wilted and I became thin
Lost flock of birds flew to hundred directions
Dreaming one day a bird reunification
Suspected dream became really a fact
Feeling as a good dream
Come here brothers, come here sisters
To collect one by one souvenir
Much confidence and much affection
To mutually tell
The first story.
Man1 since those first days
Stuck to my soul to eternity.
